1.1 Eligibility — By registering for Findzzer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to legally enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not located in a sanctioned country. You also confirm that you have not been convicted of, or pled no contest to, any felony, sex crime, or violent crime, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender. Each person may hold only one user account and, separately, one business account.

1.2 User Responsibilities — You agree to comply with these Terms and any updates to them, and to follow all applicable laws, including those relating to events and privacy. Any event you create, attend, or promote must align with local laws, and you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when using Findzzer, and account credentials must not be shared with others. Misrepresenting your identity or age, or using AI-generated profile images, is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Users must not misrepresent their identity, engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior, or harass, threaten, or bully others. Sharing hate speech, explicit content, misinformation, or unlawful commercial activity is prohibited, as is attempting to disrupt the platform or violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You also may not use bots or scrapers, create multiple accounts to evade a ban, or engage in spam, phishing, or solicitation. Violations of any of these may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Findzzer lets users create, manage, and join events, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any event listed on the platform — you’re responsible for verifying event details before attending. Creating fake or spam events is prohibited, and Findzzer is not responsible for interactions or communications between users and businesses. You attend events entirely at your own risk; Findzzer is not responsible for any harm, injury, or incidents that occur during an event, except as set out in Section 12 (Limitation of Liability).

Findzzer does not conduct background checks on users, and we cannot guarantee the safety or authenticity of other users on the platform. This applies equally to people you match or chat with through the app. Please report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to us immediately.

6.1 Your content — You retain ownership of any content you post, but by uploading it you grant Findzzer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the platform. This license lasts for as long as your content remains on the platform, and ends when you delete it — except for content you’ve already shared with other users (for example, a chat message), which we may not be able to recall from their device or view of the conversation. Content that violates our guidelines may be removed, and you must have the right to share anything you upload.

6.2 Prohibited Content — this includes nudity, explicit, or obscene material; photos of other people posted without their consent; harmful or illegal content; copyrighted material used without permission; misinformation or fraudulent content; and spam or unauthorized advertising.

6.3 Findzzer’s own intellectual property — The Findzzer app, name, logo, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose — nothing here transfers ownership of our IP to you.

We collect, store, and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with trusted partners to help us improve our services, and some data may be retained for security and analytics purposes even after you delete your account, consistent with the retention periods set out there.

Findzzer provides a platform for event discovery — we do not guarantee specific outcomes, engagement, or results for businesses or individuals, and no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with engagement levels.

If you purchase a paid subscription or premium feature:

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, 6-month, or annual, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel before it renews.
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your next renewal.
• If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital subscriptions under applicable consumer law. If you cancel within 14 days of your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund for that subscription — contact us at contact@findzzer.com to request it.

Banned users may not create new accounts using alternative emails, phone numbers, or devices. Attempting to bypass a suspension may result in legal action.

If a user passes away, their account may be deactivated upon a verified request from their next of kin. Private data will not be shared, in line with our privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, engaged in conduct that harms other users or Findzzer, or if we’re required to do so by law. You may also stop using Findzzer and delete your account at any time through your account settings. On termination, your right to use the app ends immediately; any data we retain afterward is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Findzzer is provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding its functionality or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findzzer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from app usage or participation in events — including event cancellations, accidents, injuries, or property damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Findzzer will be resolved in the competent courts of North Macedonia, except that if you’re a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence under applicable consumer-protection law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Findzzer regarding your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may do so in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Findzzer constitutes acceptance of any changes.
