Findzzer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Findzzer! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Findzzer mobile application and services (“Findzzer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Findzzer, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

1.1. Eligibility

By registering for an account, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can legally enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are not located in a sanctioned country or on a government list of restricted individuals.
  • You have not been convicted of or pled no contest to any felony, sex crime, or violent crime.
  • You are not required to register as a sex offender.
  • You do not have multiple accounts on Findzzer. (allowed only one user and/or one business per one person)

If you no longer meet these criteria, you must delete your account immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

1.2. User Responsibilities

By using Findzzer, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and any updates.
  • Follow applicable laws, including event-related and privacy laws.
  • Ensure events you create, attend, or promote align with local laws.
  • Secure your login credentials.

2. Account Registration & Misrepresentation Policy

  • Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Account credentials must not be shared with others.
  • Misrepresenting identity, age, or using AI-generated images is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Misrepresent their identity.
  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior.
  • Harass, threaten, or bully others.
  • Share hate speech, explicit content, misinformation, or unlawful commercial activities.
  • Attempt to disrupt the platform.
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Use bots, and scrapers, or create multiple accounts to evade bans.
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or solicitation.

Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Event Listings & Participation

  • Findzzer enables users to create, manage, and join events.
  • We do not guarantee event accuracy or safety.
  • Users must verify event details before attending.
  • Creating fake or spam events is prohibited.
  • Findzzer is not responsible for user interactions, matches, or communications with businesses.
  • Users acknowledge that they attend events at their own risk. Findzzer is not responsible for any harm, injury, misconduct, or any unwanted incidents that occur during an event, including but not limited to theft, fights, or other disturbances.

5. Matching & User Safety Disclaimer

  • Findzzer does not conduct background checks on users.
  • We do not guarantee the safety or authenticity of matches.
  • Users should report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

6. Content Ownership & Moderation

  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant Findzzer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.
  • Content that violates guidelines may be removed.
  • Users must have the right to share any uploaded content.

6.1. Content Guidelines

Prohibited content includes:

  • Nudity, explicit or obscene material.
  • Photos of others without consent.
  • Harmful or illegal content.
  • Copyrighted material without permission.
  • Misinformation or fraudulent content.
  • Spam or unauthorized advertising.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

  • We collect, store, and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Data may be shared with trusted partners for service improvements.
  • Some user data may be retained for security and analytics, even after account deletion.

8. Refund Policy

  • Findzzer provides a platform for discovering and connecting through events but does not guarantee any specific outcomes, benefits, or engagements, whether for businesses or individuals. While Findzzer offers a valuable opportunity for businesses to promote their work, it does not guarantee or stand by 100% results, interactions, or success. Users should not expect any particular results, opportunities, or interactions from using the app.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with engagement levels.

9. Ban Evasion & Multi-Account Prohibition

  • Users who are banned may not create new accounts using alternative emails, phone numbers, or devices.
  • Attempting to bypass suspensions may result in legal action.

10. Digital Will & Posthumous Profile Handling

  • If a user passes away, their account may be deactivated upon verified request from next of kin.
  • Private data will not be shared due to privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Findzzer is provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding functionality or availability.
  • Findzzer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from app usage or participation in events listed on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to event cancellations, accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other unwanted incidents that may occur during or as a result of attending events promoted or listed on Findzzer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Findzzer constitutes acceptance of any changes.
